NOVELTY - Increasing production of nano-assisted biological hydrogenation heavy oil, comprises analyzing reservoir condition information of the heavy oil block, and preparing a combined hydrogen-producing preparation and nanomaterial according to the reservoir condition information of the obtained heavy oil block. The obtained combined hydrogen-producing preparation and nanomaterial are injected into the oil reservoir of the heavy oil block. USE - Method for increasing production of nano-assisted biological hydrogenation heavy oil. ADVANTAGE - The method has the functions of reducing resistance, viscosity, pour point, and improving the seepage capacity and quality of heavy oil, and thus greatly improving the recovery factor of heavy oil.
