▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Lightweight graphene composite material comprises 20-32 pts. wt. graphene, 30-45 pts. wt. glass fiber, 12-25 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-12 pts. wt. copper powder, 5-8 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 10-18 pts. wt. attapulgite, 3-5 pts. wt. citric acid, 12-20 pts. wt. piperazinyl propyl methyl dimethoxy silane, 18-28 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 pts. wt. light carbon black and 1-3 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent. USE - The composite material is useful for preparing various conductive instruments in electrical field. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved mechanical properties, conductivity, structure rigidity, heat resistance, improved tensile strength and yield strength performance, strong bearing force, simple preparation and easy to be industrialized; meets the production life requirement; and is sheet-shaped structure having smooth surface structure and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material, comprising (i) placing attapulgite clay into a ball mill and grinding to 400-600 mesh, adding molten chloroprene rubber, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding glass fiber, continuously stirring, and spray drying to obtain glass fiber-loaded attapulgite; (ii) dissolving graphene in deionized water, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment, spray drying, re-dissolving in water, adding piperazinyl propyl methyl dimethoxy silane, copper powder, aluminum powder and nano-titanium dioxide, heating and stirring until the water evaporates to obtain modified graphene; and (iii) dissolving the modified graphene and dispersing, stirring epoxy resin, citric acid, polyvinyl alcohol, light carbon black and titanate coupling agent, placing into a mold and curing.
