▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has a triboelectric self-generating element formed on an electrode (110), and a light emitting layer (120) formed on the electrode. A charge trapping layer is formed between the electrode and a positively charged layer (140) that is made of reduced graphene oxide, graphene oxide and aromatic polystyrene and polyimide. A negative charge layer (150) is provided on a positive charge layer. A capacitor is formed on another electrode, and a capacitor layer is arranged on a region of the latter electrode. The light emitting layer includes first solid electrolyte including transition metal complex, 70-85 wt.% first ionic liquid, and first elastomer. The triboelectric self-generating element includes a second solid electrolyte including 5-15 wt.% second ionic liquid and second elastomer. USE - Self-powered pressure-sensitive light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The self-powered pressure-sensitive light emitting device comprises an electrochemical light emitting element and a triboelectric self-generating element that is formed on the electrode, and thus enables reducing the output duration by sharing electrodes and capacitor layers, and also improving the luminous efficiency of the self powered pressure-reduced light-emitting device by including a capacitor with a high capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing self-powered pressure-reduced light emitting device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the self-powered pressure-sensitive light emitting device. 110First electrode 120Light emitting layer 130Second electrode 140Positively charged layer 150Negative charge layer
