NOVELTY - Flexible substrate comprises a substrate and a coating layer stacked on the substrate, the coating layer comprises a first graphene layer, a first indium tin oxide (ITO) layer stacked in this order, second graphene layer and a second ITO layer, the first graphene layer is laminated on the substrate. USE - Used as flexible substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate; has good adhesion between the substrate and the coating layer and bending property; and is not easy to crack. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included preparing flexible substrate comprising providing substrate and forming a first graphene layer, a first ITO layer, a second graphene layer and a second ITO layer on the substrate in this order.
