NOVELTY - A graphene anticorrosive wrapping film comprises 17-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. lauryldimethylamine oxide, 0.7-1 pt. wt. glycolic acid, 6-8 pts. wt. allyl polyethylene glycol, 110-120 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 4-5 pts. wt. anti-corrosion polymer, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and 3-4 pts. wt. epoxidized triglyceride. USE - Graphene anticorrosive wrapping film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anticorrosive wrapping film has improved compatibility, enhanced mechanical stability and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene anticorrosive film, which involves (1) taking graphene, adding 96-98% sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically reacting for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitate with water, vacuum-drying at 100-110 degrees C and grinding to obtain fine powder, mixing with glycolic acid and stirring to room temperature to obtain active graphene, (2) adding aluminum dihydrogen phosphate to deionized water, stirring at 65-70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding allyl polyethylene glycol and stirring at normal temperature to obtain aqueous phosphate solution, (3) mixing active graphene to phosphate solution and mixing well, adding lauryldimethylamine oxide and ultrasonically reacting for 10-20 minutes to obtain activated graphene dispersion, (4) mixing preservative polymer and activated graphene dispersion, stirring, adding epoxidized triglyceride, stirring at 60-65 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitate and drying at room temperature to obtain anticorrosive graphene, (5) mixing anticorrosive graphene with linear low density polyethylene, stirring, melting and cast molding.
