NOVELTY - Preparing bio-based paint with high anti-corrosion properties comprises (i) taking single-layer structure of graphene oxide, cardanol, lanthanum(III) nitrate, lactoferrin, 2,6-dibromo-4-nitrophenol, hydroxycobalamin acetate, vitexin and lanosterol as solutes, mixing deionized water, absolute ethanol and tetrahydrofuran, adding solute to solvent, stirring for 3-7 hours to obtain mixture I, (ii) taking 2-methylpropionic acid-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octanediol ester, methyl cedryl ether, cardanol-based epoxy resin and 3-cyanophenylboronic acid MIDA ester, and mixing and stirring for 4-6 hours to obtain mixture I, (iii) adding manganese tetra-p-chlorophenyl porphyrin while stirring, continuing stirring at 4 degrees C for 2-4 hours until fully and mixed to obtain mixture II, and (iv) mixing mixture I obtained in step (i) and mixture II obtained in step (iii) in a mass ratio of 1:1, continuing stirring for 1-3 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing bio-based paint with high anti-corrosion properties. ADVANTAGE - The bio-based paint: has excellent ability to inhibit diffusion of corrosive substances; inhibits the diffusion of corrosive substances; and prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bio-based paint with high anti-corrosion properties comprises (i) taking single-layer structure of graphene oxide, cardanol, lanthanum(III) nitrate, lactoferrin, 2,6-dibromo-4-nitrophenol, hydroxycobalamin acetate, vitexin and lanosterol as solutes in a mass ratio of 0.7:0.9:0.3:0.2:0.4:0.75:0.85:0.55, mixing deionized water, absolute ethanol and tetrahydrofuran in a mass ratio of 0.12:2.2:0.35 to make a solvent, adding solute to solvent, where the ratio of the total mass of the solute and the mass of the solvent is 7.5%, stirring for 3-7 hours to obtain mixture I, (ii) taking 2-methylpropionic acid-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octanediol ester, methyl cedryl ether, cardanol-based epoxy resin and 3-cyanophenylboronic acid MIDA ester in a mass ratio of 0.15-0.35:0.1-0.3:11-13:0.001-0.003, and mixing and stirring for 4-6 hours to obtain mixture I, (iii) adding manganese tetra-p-chlorophenyl porphyrin while stirring once the temperature of the mixture I obtained in step (ii) is lowered to 4 degrees C, where the mass ratio of manganese tetra-p-chlorophenyl porphyrin to mixture I is 0.014-0.016, continuing stirring at 4 degrees C for 2-4 hours until fully and uniformly mixed to obtain mixture II, and (iv) mixing mixture I obtained in step (i) and mixture II obtained in step (iii) in a mass ratio of 1:1, continuing stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain a bio-based paint with high anticorrosive properties. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of the bio-based paint with high anti-corrosion properties, comprising taking bio-based paint with high anti-corrosion properties and applying it by brushing, controlling the applied thickness to be 150-200 microns, forming a coating after curing at room temperature for 18 hours after application, in the coating, the adjacent graphene oxide sheets partially overlap, making the surface of the coating appear wavy, the spacing between adjacent graphene oxide sheets is 4-8 nm, and the size of the overlapping part is 0.65-0.75 nm.
