NOVELTY - Polyurethane ferrite composite flame retardant wave-absorbing material comprises polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate, nanocarbon sol, deionized water, dimethyl methyl phosphonate, graphene oxide, ferrite, silicon carbide, zinc borate, stannous octoate, triethylene diamine, organosilicone surfactant and sodium bicarbonate, the polyether polyol is 30-60 mg KOH/g, the toluene diisocyanate of isocyanate index is 0.60-1.15 KOH/g. USE - Used as polyurethane ferrite composite flame retardant wave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has low toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyurethane ferrite composite flame retardant wave-absorbing material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 20-70 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. nano carbon sol, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-30 pts. wt. dimethyl methyl phosphonate, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. ferrite, 2-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-10 pts. wt. zinc borate, 0.02-0.4 pts. wt. stannous octoate, 0.03-0.6 pts. wt. triethylene diamine, 0.2-3 pts. wt. organosilicone surfactant and 1-10 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate, the polyether polyol is 30-60 mg KOH/g, the toluene diisocyanate of isocyanate index is 0.60-1.15 KOH/g. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurethane ferrite composite flame retardant wave-absorbing material comprising mixing the raw materials, adding polyether glycol, toluene diisocyanate, nano-carbon sol, ferrite, silicon carbide, zinc borate, stannous octoate, triethylene diamine, deionized water, organosilicone surfactant and uniformly stirring at room temperature, dispersing by ultrasonic treatment to obtain the primary mixture, carrying out foaming reaction, adding toluene diisocyanate and ultrasonic stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding graphene oxide and sodium bicarbonate, and pouring into the mold, foaming for 30-90 degrees C at room temperature to obtain gel, freezing and drying to obtain the product.
