NOVELTY - A thin film solar cell conductive film comprises 40-60 pts. wt. alumina, 80-100 pts. wt. silver oxide, 14-38 pts. wt. ferric oxide, 43-63 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 24-42 pts. wt. bismuth oxide, 1-34 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 24-47 pts. wt. graphene, 35-52 pts. wt. toluene, 2-8 pts. wt. vinyl acetamide, 32-55 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 3-8 pts. wt. polystyrene, 34-58 pts. wt. citric acid, 43-48 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 24-38 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 20-48 pts. wt. stearic acid, 43-68 pts. wt. superfine silica gel powder, 34-67 pts. wt. glass powder and 1-4 pts. wt. delusterant. USE - Thin film solar cell conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The conductive film ensures mechanical property, increases conductivity and improves solar cell photovoltaic conversion up to 20.1%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thin film solar cell conductive film comprising weighing components, adding graphene into citric acid, heating to 1200-1500 degrees C, adding alumina, silver oxide, ferric oxide, magnesium oxide, bismuth oxide and silicon dioxide, uniformly stirring to obtain first mixture, mixing toluene, vinyl acetamide, dimethyl silicone oil, polystyrene, polylactic acid, sodium carbonate, stearic acid, superfine silica gel powder, glass powder and delusterant to obtain mixed solution, adding first mixture, stirring, adjusting pH to 6.5-7.7 and blowing film by film blowing machine.
