NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose/alginate nanocomposite is obtained by mixing graphene oxide, carboxymethyl cellulose and alginate polymer. USE - Graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose/alginate nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose/alginate nanocomposite has excellent tensile strength, Young's modulus and storage modulus, and is mass-produced by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly method with reduced manpower. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for improving mechanical property of graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose/alginate nanocomposite; and (2) preparation of graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose/alginate nanocomposite.
