▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Scattered graphene oxide is distributed in an acetone solution, to obtain oxidized graphene electrochemical sediment fluid. Then, solution is electrochemically deposited by adding aniline monomer and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain electrochemically-deposited solution of oxidized graphene and aniline. Obtained solution is subjected to electrochemical deposition using stainless steel as working electrode, molybdenum as counter electrode, saturated silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode, to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material. USE - Preparation of polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material used for electrode for super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material having high capacitance and circulation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Stainless steel substrates are ultrasonically cleaned using ethanol and deionized water, dried at 60 degrees C in an oven. Scattered graphene oxide (16-50 %mass) is distributed in an acetone solution with concentration of 16-50%, to obtain oxidized graphene electrochemical sediment fluid with concentration of l-25 mg/L. Then, the solution is electrochemically deposited by adding aniline monomer and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain electrochemically-deposited solution of oxidized graphene and aniline. The obtained solution is subjected to electrochemical deposition using stainless steel as working electrode, molybdenum as counter electrode, saturated silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode, under ice bath condition for 5-25 times, deposited on stainless steel, dried at 60 degrees C for 20 hours in an oven, to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material.
