▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an oral implant material comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide dispersion and zirconia powder at mass ratio of 0.05-0.2 in anhydrous ethanol to form a graphene oxide/zirconia suspension; (ii) mixing graphene oxide and zirconia in the graphene oxide/zirconia suspension using an ultrasonic water bath method and stirring the graphene oxide /zirconia suspension with a stirring rod to form a graphene oxide/zirconia composite solution; (iii) adding alumina balls into the graphene oxide /zirconia composite solution, and stirring graphene oxide/zirconia composite solution by a ball milling method; (iv) drying the graphene oxide/zirconia composite solution under vacuum to form a graphene oxide/zirconia composite powder; (v) screening the dried graphene oxide/zirconia composite powder; and (vi) sieving graphene oxide/zirconia composite powder after hot pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing oral implant material. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces oral implant material with high hardness, bending strength, and good fracture toughness and wetting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an oral implant material, prepared as specified above; and (2) an oral implant comprising an oral implant material.
