▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of low-defect graphene involves (S1) adding flake graphite to a reactor filled with vitriol oil according to the ratio of flake graphite and vitriol oil of 1 kg:50 L under normal temperature conditions, stirring and reacting for 2-8 hours, slowly adding potassium permanganate powder, such that mass ratio of flake graphite to potassium permanganate is 1:1, and stirring and reacting for 2-5 hours to obtain a low-oxide graphite mixed acid solution, (S2) directly adding hydrogen peroxide solution to the low-oxide graphite mixed acid solution according to the ratio of flake graphite and hydrogen peroxide of 1 kg:10-100 L, fully stirring and reacting for 0.5-5 hours, filtering and washing with washing liquid to obtain expanded graphite oxide, (S3) exfoliating the expanded graphite oxide of step (S2) at high temperature under atmospheric conditions. USE - Preparation of low-defect graphene used for conductive additive, functionalized modified composite material, sensor and energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene prepared by the method has complete structure, good quality, good conductivity and wide application, and can be widely used in fields such as conductive additives, functionalized modified composite materials, sensors and energy storage materials.
