NOVELTY - An automatic heating insulating screw pump comprises conveying portion for pushing material. The conveying piece comprises conveyor shell and stator and rotor located in conveyor. The heating is provided on stator of sleeve. The friction cotton is filled between the heating and the stators. A driving component for driving the rotating of the heating, the driving component is connected with the driving shaft of the rotor through the speed adjusting gear box. The outer side of the conveyer shell is provided with a driving shaft. USE - The automatic heating insulating screw pump is used for pressurizing paraffin emulsion used in man-made board industry, and used in oil-in-water emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The pump ensures the heat generated by the friction cotton to effectively conduct, so that the heat can be collected on the outer peripheral wall of the stator by electrifying the graphene heating film, thus ensuring the aggregation of the heat, avoiding easy fast diffusion towards the outside, and easy to cause heating of heat preservation effect. The pump allows the inner circumferential side of the conveying shell body to be covered with an insulating layer, so as to increase the heat preservation and heating effect of stator. The material in stator forms the heating, and effectively reduces the use cost.
