▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing two-dimensional graphene nanosheets using natural surfactant, comprises: dissolving 0.2-0.6 mg/ml powder of natural surfactant in de-ionized water; adding 20 mg/ml graphite flakes to the surfactant-water solution and stirring for homogenous distribution of graphite flakes; subjecting the homogeneously distributed graphite flakes to ultrasonication; centrifuging the sonicated solution in cone shape centrifuge tubes at 500 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 4000 rpm, 6000 rpm for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 180 minutes; allowing the centrifuge tube to stand in a vertical position; and removing the supernatant of the graphene dispersion into a glass vial for storage, by maintaining graphite concentration as 25-150 times to that of surfactant mass and recycling the graphite sediment as starting graphite precursor along with fresh surfactant in ultrasonication leading to the yield of 80% after 10 recycles. USE - The method is useful for producing two-dimensional graphene nanosheets using natural surfactant. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a cost effective, efficient, environmentally safe and sustainable to prepare graphene nanosheets; and provides the graphene nanosheets that are completely biocompatible and biodegradable and has lower defects compared with conventional graphene samples.
