NOVELTY - A graphite/graphene composition comprises homogeneous suspension of graphite and/or graphene materials in a liquid comprising first organic solvent and greater than 0.1 vol.% water. USE - Graphite and/or graphene composition for use in paints, inks, ultracapacitors, batteries, adsorbents, matrix composite materials, ceramic matrix composites, transparent conductive films, unique film materials that can be transparent or opaque, paper-like materials, and other devices, including semiconducting devices and photoelectric devices. ADVANTAGE - The composition is stable and simple to produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing homogeneous suspension of graphite and/or graphene materials, comprising preparing a pre-dispersion of the graphite and/or graphene materials, and adding first organic solvent to the pre-dispersion to form homogeneous suspension, such that water in the suspension is greater than or equal to 0.1 vol.%.
