NOVELTY - Preparing recycled plastic from waste plastic comprises (1) collecting and processing waste polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastics to obtain composite waste plastics, and (2) mixing 20-40 pts. wt. composite waste plastics, 15-20 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 2-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafts, 1.7-2.5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 1 pts. wt. initiator, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. lubricant at 75-90 degrees C, melting, extruding, pelletizing and drying to obtain recycled plastic, where the maleic anhydride graft is prepared by (S1) adding chlorobenzene into the reaction kettle, passing in phosgene, adding UV-P graft under stirring condition, performing reflux reaction at 130-140 degrees C for 2-4 hours, continuously passing in phosgene until the molar ratio of phosgene to UV-P graft reaches 6.5:1, the reaction is over, introducing nitrogen to remove phosgene and hydrogen chloride gas at 80-85 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing recycled plastics from waste plastic. ADVANTAGE - The recycled plastics has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance.
