▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a graphene film on catalyst-free insulating substrate comprises (i) preparing a quartz tube, respectively representing the two ends of the quartz tube as raw material feeding end and as a base end, placing an insulating substrate in the base end and placing a raw material in the raw material feeding end, evacuating the quartz tube, and sealing the quartz tube so the internal pressure of the quartz tube is 10-4-10-6 Pa, where the raw material is polyethylene or polypropylene; and (ii) simultaneously heating the raw material feeding end at 1000-1150 degrees C and base end at 200-900 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and cooling to 20-25 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for producing a graphene film on catalyst-free insulating substrate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film can cover the insulating substrate to more than 1x 2 cm.
