▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene modified flame-retardant polypropylene material comprises (i) heating and melting 10-50 pts. wt. maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene, adding 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, kneading and hot pressing to obtain maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene master batches containing graphene; and (ii) heating and melting 60-100 pts. wt. polypropylene and 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene masterbatch containing graphene obtained in step (i), adding 15-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, kneading and hot pressing to prepare graphene modified flame-retardant polypropylene material, where the flame retardant is piperazine phosphate and sulfonyl bis(ethane-2,1-diyl)bis(diphenylphosphine). USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified flame retardant polypropylene material. ADVANTAGE - The modified flame-retardant polypropylene material has good synergistic ability with graphene under the premise of low influence to the mechanical property of the polyethylene, and has improved flame retardant property. The graphene system is dispersed uniformly, further enhancing the dispersion and combination of the flame retardant, good graphene property and expansion type flame retardancy, and synergistic effect such that the combustion to form carbon layer has enhanced compactness, and the flame retardancy property of material is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a modified graphene retarding polypropylene material, is prepared as mentioned above.
