NOVELTY - Wear-resistant ceramic coating material comprises 10-30 pts. wt. rock wool fiber, 25-40 pts. glass fiber hollow micro beads, 5-10 pts. quartz fiber hollow beads and 30-40 pt. aqueous acrylic epoxy hybrid emulsion. The wear-resistant coating is composed of 10-20 pts. corundum powder, 5 to 10 pts. silica powder, 2-5 pts. silicon nitride powder, 1-3 pts. graphene powder and 25 to 25 to 40 pts. water glass. USE - Wear-resistant ceramic coating material for use as a relatively thick material i.e. wear-resistant ceramic plate, to form a combined firm and wear-resistant ceramic coating on a surface of a mechanical component. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant ceramic coating material has excellent adhesiveness, heat insulation effect, surface hardness, and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing wear-resistant coating.
