▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anode material comprises 50-95 wt.% polyaniline prepared by organic acid and conductive carbon matrix, where the organic acid is monobasic organic acid, dibasic organic acid and/or polybasic organic acid. The concentration interval of the organic acid is 0.04-4 mol/l. The monobasic organic acid is formic acid, acetic acid, salicylic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid. The dibasic organic acid is oxalic acid, malic acid and/or glutamic acid. The polybasic organic acid is citric acid and/or phytic acid. The polyaniline is prepared by carrying out chemical oxidation polymerization, electrochemical polymerization method, emulsion polymerization method, micro-emulsion polymerization method or field adsorption polymerization method. The system temperature of the whole preparation process is controlled at less than 50degrees Celsius. The polymerization time interval is 5 seconds to 48 hours. USE - The anode material is useful for aluminum ion secondary battery (claimed) and energy storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The material: is economical and environmentally friendly; has high safety, excellent rate capability, specific discharge capacity, prolonged service life, wide voltage window and high coulombic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an aluminum ion secondary battery comprising anode material, where the anode material mixed with the bonding agent and then fixed on the inert metal foil current collector is made of thin sheet. The polyaniline prepared by organic acid. The mass ratio of the bonding agent to the conductive carbon matrix is (5-9): (0.5-3): (0.5-3). The negative electrode is the alloy of at least one of metal aluminum or metal aluminum with purity greater than 97 % and copper, silver, nickel, lead, tin, bismuth and iron. The ionic electrolyte is the imidazole ion liquid electrolyte capable of freely moving tetrachloroaluminate or heptachlorodialuminate ion. The positive electrode and negative electrode are separated by a diaphragm, and the battery components used are encapsulated by aluminum plastic film, and assembled in a glove box by injection.
