NOVELTY - The tire has an outer tire body (1) provided with a reinforcing element mounting groove (101), which is fixed with a cord fabric layer (2), a belt layer (3) and an airtight layer (4). The outer tire body is provided with a heat conducting piece mounting groove (102) that is fixedly connected with a heat conducting and reinforcing integrated component (5). The outer tire body is provided with an inner reinforcing groove (103) that is fixed in a pre-stress reinforcing sheet (6). The heat-conducting and reinforcing integrated component is provided with a hollow circular ring and a joint heat-conducting plate. USE - Inflation-free rubber tire for use in a vehicle or a machine utilized in industries. Uses include but are not limited to country automobile industry, mining industry, coal mining industry and metal smelting industry. ADVANTAGE - The tire performs buffering process by utilizing an inner hollow circular ring of the heat-conducting and reinforcing integrated component as a heat conducting structure, adheres the heat conducting plate to absorb the heat generated by the friction surface in driving process of the tire for avoiding a situation that tire friction surface temperature is too high, thus ensuring that integrated degree is high, and production process is convenient, and hence improving strength and buffer capacity of the pre-stress reinforcing sheet, and heat conducting and radiating effect.
