NOVELTY - A wear-resistant stator rubber composite comprises 80-100 parts mass nitrile rubber, 5-20 parts mass rubber-plastic alloy rubber, 0.5-2.5 parts mass graphene, 2-3 parts mass coupling agent, 5-10 parts mass zinc oxide, 1-1.5 parts mass stearic acid, 2-4 parts mass antioxidant, 3-5 parts mass protective wax, 30-45 parts mass reinforcing filler, 5-10 parts mass plasticizer, 3-8 parts mass modified petroleum resin, 1.5-2.5 parts mass vulcanizing agent and 1.8-3.5 parts mass vulcanization accelerator. The number of graphene layers is 5 or less. USE - Wear-resistant stator rubber composite. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composite material has stable quality, excellent wear resistance and oil resistance. By modifying graphene and preparing suspension, the dispersion effect of graphene in rubber is improved, wear resistance and heat resistance of stator rubber are effectively improved, physical and mechanical properties are improved, and excellent mixing effect of graphene is ensured, thereby extending the service life of stator rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of stator rubber composite, which involves carrying out surface modification treatment on graphene using silane coupling agent, mixing modified graphene and plasticizer, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes to form uniformly dispersed suspension, pressing the plasticized nitrile rubber until it is completely covered and adjusting the roller distance to 0.8-1.0 mm, adding plasticized rubber-plastic alloy rubber, and mixing uniformly, adding zinc oxide and stearic acid, antioxidant and protective wax, evenly mixing, adjusting the roll pitch to 2.5-3 mm, adding suspension of modified graphene and plasticizer, reinforcing filler, thin passing 5-7 times to form film, and leaving still for more than 12 hours, adding masterbatch to open mill until the rolls are completely covered, maintaining roll distance of 1.0-1.5 mm, adding vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator and modified petroleum resin and thin passing 6-8 times.
