The graphene comprises a region where a concentration of oxygen is higher than or equal to 2 atomic % and lower than or equal to 20 atomic %. USE - Secondary battery for an electronic device (claimed) in different applications e.g. air conditioners and vehicles such as hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).
