▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of portable cell electrochemical sensor involves (a) using reduced graphene oxide/molybdenum disulfide composite dispersion to modify the screen printing electrode to obtain a graphene oxide/molybdenum disulfide/screen-printed electrode, (b) mixing folic acid (FA) solution with dispersion, dropping onto the surface of the electrode, and drying to form the electrode, (c) inoculating Hep G2 cells (human liver cancer cells) on the surface electrodes to obtain graphene oxide/molybdenum disulfide/FA/Hep G2 cells/screen-printed electrodes, and (d) connecting the obtained electrode to portable workstation which is connected with the smartphone through a wireless network or Bluetooth (RTM: wireless technology device). USE - Preparation of portable cell electrochemical sensor used for detecting toxicity of metal ions e.g. lead, cadmium, and mercury on human liver cancer cells (all claimed) in food quality, analysis, and detection application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of portable cell electrochemical sensor having quick response and high sensitivity of heavy metal ions on human liver cancer cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for analysis of metal ion toxicity.
