NOVELTY - MXene-graphene-PVC composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. poly vinyl chloride resin, 1-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 3-15 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 1-4 pts. wt. ACR processing auxiliary agent, 1-20 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.3-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-5 pts. wt. MXene-graphene, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as MXene-graphene-PVC composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material increases electrostatic repulsion between graphene sheet layers, reduces aggregation of graphene in PVC substrate, and improved conductivity and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) pre-mixing poly vinyl chloride resin, lubricant, heat stabilizer, and antioxidant in a high speed mixer for 3-10 minutes, heating to 70-90degreesC, where the mixer speed is 1000-1600 revolutions/minute; (ii) adding chlorinated polyethylene, processing auxiliary agent, nano calcium carbonate, MXene/N-rGO, continuously mixing and heating to 100-120degreesC for 5-15 minutes, where the speed of the mixer is 1400-2000 revolutions/minute, transferring the mixed material into a cooling machine, and cooling to below 40degreesC; (iii) banburying the cooled mixture in the torque rheometer, pressing and molding the material, where the banburying temperature is 160-180degreesC for 2-6 minutes, the mold pressing temperature is 170-190degreesC for 6-12 minutes.
