▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (i) adding active metal to the primary oxidized graphite solution to control graphene oxide, washing and drying to obtain powdery partially reduced graphite oxide; and (ii) heating the powdery partially reduced graphite oxide using microwave. The primary oxidized graphite solution is prepared by Hummers method, Staudenmaier method, Brodie method, the electrochemical oxidation in aqueous electrolyte and electrochemical oxidation in ionic liquid electrolyte. The mixed solution comprises graphite oxide prepared by one or many methods in the electrochemical oxidation method of oxidizing acid or further adding with acid, alkali or water to the above mixed solution. USE - The graphite nano sheets is useful in functional complex materials and anti-corrosion coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient. The graphene is economical and easy to achieve large-scale production; and has high carbon-oxygen ratio.
