NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic liquid comprises reducing and modifying modified graphene chemically grafted modified aqueous polyurethane, where mass percentage of modified graphene is 0.5-5%; and aqueous polyurethane is nonionic aqueous polyurethane. USE - The method is useful for preparing antistatic liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product: has excellent antistatic property, water washing resistance and abrasion resistance, and is safe and non-toxic.
