NOVELTY - High-cooling cutting fluid comprises 40-50 pts. wt. glycerol, 10-13 pts. wt. sodium petroleum sulfonate, 5-8 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 1-3 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 6-9 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-5 pts. wt. triethanolamine oleic acid soap, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, and 10-15 pts. wt. water, and is prepared by (i) adding polyacrylamide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ammonium persulfate, polyethylene glycol, and water to a stirred tank, and stirring at 300-500 rpm and 80-85 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to prepare a mixed solution, and (ii) adding the mixed solution, glycerol, sodium petroleum sulfonate, rust inhibitor, and triethanolamine oleic acid soap to the stirred tank, and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 2-3 hours. USE - As high-cooling cutting fluid. ADVANTAGE - The high-cooling cutting fluid has excellent lubricating effect, which improves the lubricity of the cutting fluid, and enhanced anti-rust effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing the high-cooling cutting fluid, which involves (i) adding polyacrylamide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ammonium persulfate, polyethylene glycol, and water to a stirred tank, and stirring at 300-500 rpm and 80-85 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to prepare a mixed solution, and (ii) adding the mixed solution, glycerol, sodium petroleum sulfonate, rust inhibitor, and triethanolamine oleic acid soap to the stirred tank, and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 2-3 hours to obtain the high-cooling cutting fluid.
