▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/nitrile rubber-modified low-density polyethylene comprises polyethylene, nitrile rubber, graphene oxide as main material, taking dispersant, high-speed mixing, then adding nitrile rubber, graphene oxide, compatibilizer and antioxidant, high-speed mixing, adding the resulting mixed material into a twin screw extruder, reacting, extruding, cooling, and then granulating to obtain modified low density polyethylene. USE - The low-density polyethylene is useful for 3D printing (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide/nitrile rubber-modified low-density polyethylene comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 2-10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide as main material, taking dispersant, where ratio of polyethylene of main material is 0.3-1 wt.% of the total weight dispersant, high-speed mixing for 10-20 minutes, then adding nitrile rubber, graphene oxide, compatibilizer having 0.15-0.30% of total weight of main material and 0.1-0.3 wt.% of the antioxidant, high-speed mixing for 5-15 minutes, adding the resulting mixed material into a twin screw extruder, reacting at 180-210 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, extruding, cooling, and then granulating to obtain modified low density polyethylene.
