NOVELTY - Acrylic resin coating comprises 2-6 pts. wt. modified nano-boron nitride-graphene composite material, 8-12 pts. wt. condensing agent, 22-35 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 8-15 pts. wt. styrene, 25-50 pts. wt. methyl acrylate and 10-17 pts. wt. initiator. USE - As acrylic resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high flame retardance and high thermal conductivity. The method improves the dispersibility and compatibility of the three-dimensional sheet-structured boron nitride-graphene aerogel with acrylic resin to provide the film with excellent thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing theacrylic resin coating, involving adding modified nano-boron nitride-graphene composite material and methacrylic acid to distilled water solvent, styrene, methyl acrylate and condensation agent 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, heating at 40-70 degrees C, reacting for 10-15 hours, adding styrene and initiator ammonium persulfate, heating at 75-90 degrees C, reacting for 3-6 hours, adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH of the solution to neutral, and subjecting the solution to a high-speed emulsification process to prepare the product.
