USE - Used as non-covalently modified graphene-protein composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-protein composite film has simple preparation and easy to realize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing non-covalently modified graphene-protein composite film comprising growing the monolayer graphene film by chemical vapor deposition and laying it on the surface of the silica substrate, removing the photoresist on the surface of the graphene film to leave a single layer of graphene on the surface of the silica substrate, adding the protein solution having concentration of 0.18 mu m-1.8 mM to the surface of monolayer graphene at 60-90 degrees C for 1-10 minutes and forming a protein film on the surface of monolayer graphene to obtain final product.
