▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Non-covalently modified graphene-protein composite film comprises silica substrate, monolayer graphene and protein film, where the monolayer graphene is located on the surface of the silica substrate, the monolayer graphene surface having non-covalently modified protein film, the surface of the protein film carries an amino group and a carboxy group. USE - Used as non-covalently modified graphene-protein composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-protein composite film has simple preparation and easy to realize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing non-covalently modified graphene-protein composite film comprising growing the monolayer graphene film by chemical vapor deposition and laying it on the surface of the silica substrate, removing the photoresist on the surface of the graphene film to leave a single layer of graphene on the surface of the silica substrate, adding the protein solution having concentration of 0.18 mu m-1.8 mM to the surface of monolayer graphene at 60-90 degrees C for 1-10 minutes and forming a protein film on the surface of monolayer graphene to obtain final product.
