NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane comprises 20-45 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.01-1 wt.% graphite, 1-5 wt.% graphite powder, 0-1 wt.% iron powder, 0.02-0.5 wt.% coupling agent, 1-25 wt.% hydrophilic agent, 30-70 wt.% thinner and 2-20 wt.% pore-forming agent. USE - As graphene modified polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has antibacterial function, accelerates oxidation degradation, and improves sewage processing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the graphene-modified polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, which involves mixing 0.01-1 wt.% graphene with 1-5 wt.% graphite powder, drying the mixture at microwave, adding 0.02-0.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0-1 wt.% iron powder and 20-45 wt.% fluoroethylene to the mixture, uniformly mixing the materials, adding 1-25% hydrophilic agent, 2-20% pore-forming agent and 30-70% diluent to the mixture, mixing the materials, extruding the mixture at 200-400 degrees C, cooling the mixture, feeding the mixture into hollow fiber tube or liquid phase separation tank, and separating the diluents in membrane.
