▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical biosensor comprises three-electrode system comprising molybdenum electrode, reference electrode as saturated electrode, and oxalate oxidase-partially reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode. USE - Electrochemical biosensor for detecting oxalic acid concentration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor realizes better electrocatalytic activity, quick response and wide detection range of the electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing electrochemical biosensor, which involves preparing oxalate oxidase-partially reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode by preparing reduced graphene oxide immobilized oxalate oxidase material, adding reduced graphene oxide and oxalate oxidase in succinate buffer solution to obtain dispersion liquid of immobilized oxalate oxidase, followed by drying a glassy carbon electrode after dropping the dispersion liquid of immobilized oxalate oxidase on the glassy carbon electrode under vacuum to obtain oxalate oxidase-partially reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode.
