▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-graphene oxide modified double component aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint comprises components A comprising 0.05-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide is treated graphene oxide having particle size of 500-20000 mesh, 10-50 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion, 1-20 pts. wt. active anti-rust paint, 40-80 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-30 pts. wt. filler, 0.3-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-2 pts. wt. defoamer and 0.1-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and component B comprising 20-100 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.75 pts. wt. deionized water in a mass ratio of 100:1-100:80 (pts. wt.). USE - Used as nano-graphene oxide modified double component aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has simple preparation process, permeability, better mechanical property and wear resistance; and is economical and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of nano-graphene oxide modified double component aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint comprising (i) taking 20-80% graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding 1-5% dispersant and 10-50% aqueous epoxy emulsion and grinding into 500-20000 mesh particle to obtain pre-dispersed graphene oxide slurry, (ii) adding aqueous epoxy emulsion, active anti-rust paint, zinc powder, filler, dispersant, defoamer and anti-settling agent, dispersing and grinding into fineness of less than 35 microns to obtain component A, (iii) taking curing agent and deionized water, mixing and diluting to obtain component B, and (iv) taking component A and component B in a mass ratio of 100:1-100:80 and curing.
