NOVELTY - Manufacture of gold nano-modified ionic liquid functionalized graphene paper electrode involves dissolving oxidized graphene, dopamine, hydrophilic organic ionic liquids and chloroauric acid in water, mixing, subjecting to self-assembly reaction at 80-100 degrees C for 5-10 hours, washing using water, freeze-drying, obtaining functionalized graphene gel modified by gold nano flower, adding gold nano-modified functionalized graphene gel to water, dispersing, obtaining dispersion, removing water by filtration and drying. USE - Manufacture of gold nano-modified ionic liquid functionalized graphene paper electrode used in electrochemical biosensor for diagnosing cancer and detecting concentration of hydrogen peroxide cell secretion (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides gold nano-modified ionic liquid functionalized graphene paper electrode with controllable shape and appearance, by simple method.
