NOVELTY - Sanitary packaging material aqueous ink, comprises 48-52 pts. wt. modified aqueous acrylic resin, 14-16 pts. wt. pigment, 28-32 pts. wt. water and 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the modified aqueous acrylic resin prepared by (i) mixing sodium silicate, 500 ml de-ionized water and 0.5-0.8 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring to obtain reaction liquid, adding 80-120 ml tetrahydrofuran and 45-54 g sodium chloride, stirring and separating the liquid to obtain upper layer organic liquid, adding 20-28 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate to the organic liquid, allowing to stand for overnight, filtering to obtain silicon dioxide sol, (ii) mixing 0.4-0.8 g graphite oxide and 50-60 ml tetrahydrofuran and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, (iii) adding 25-32 ml oxide mixed solution into the high pressure reaction kettle, adding 30-40 ml silicon dioxide sol and adjusting the temperature to 75 degrees C for 3 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain product. USE - Used as sanitary packaging material aqueous ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: is safe and environment-friendly; has excellent smoothness, no smell, coloring force, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sanitary packaging material aqueous ink, comprises 48-52 pts. wt. modified aqueous acrylic resin, 14-16 pts. wt. pigment, 28-32 pts. wt. water and 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the modified aqueous acrylic resin prepared by (i) mixing sodium silicate, 500 ml de-ionized water and 0.5-0.8 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring to obtain reaction liquid, adding 80-120 ml tetrahydrofuran and 45-54 g sodium chloride, stirring and separating the liquid to obtain upper layer organic liquid, adding 20-28 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate to the organic liquid, allowing to stand for overnight, filtering to obtain silicon dioxide sol, (ii) mixing 0.4-0.8 g graphite oxide and 50-60 ml tetrahydrofuran and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, (iii) adding 25-32 ml oxide mixed solution into the high pressure reaction kettle, adding 30-40 ml silicon dioxide sol and adjusting the temperature to 75 degrees C for 3 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain product, and (iv) mixing the silicon dioxide grafted graphene oxide and aqueous acrylic resin in a mass ratio of 6-8:45-55, dispersing for 2 hours at high speed of 880-980 rotations/minute. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sanitary packaging material aqueous ink comprising (i) preparing the modified aqueous acrylic resin, (ii) grinding aqueous color slurry by mixing and dispersing the pigment, acrylic resin, color paste configuration water and color paste configuration auxiliary agent, dispersing and grinding, (iii) dispersing the modified aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous color paste, auxiliary agent and water, and (iv) filtering and packing.
