NOVELTY - Nano graphene dispersion includes 33-55 wt.% solvent, 5-12 wt.% graphene, 10-15 wt.% dispersing resin, 15-20 wt.% dispersing aid, and 10-20 wt.% silane coupling agent. USE - Nano graphene dispersion for solvent epoxy anticorrosive coatings. ADVANTAGE - The nano graphene dispersion uses ultrasonic dispersion under heating to weaken the layering force between graphene powders, and modifies the powders with silane coupling agents and hyperdispersants, and layer of organic coating is formed on the surface of the graphene powder, and at the same time, the ene dispersant interacts with the graphene powder to achieve dispersion, depolymerization and reduction to the primary particle size, so that the graphene is uniformly dispersed into the slurry, and uses nano-particle surface modification technology to prepare nano-scale graphene dispersion slurry, and dispersion has the characteristics of low viscosity, convenient use, good compatibility, no agglomeration, and good stability.
