NOVELTY - Preparing self-assembled lithium iron phosphate involves configuring graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ball milling lithium iron phosphate, and then spray granulating to obtain nanometer lithium iron phosphate. The nano lithium iron phosphate is added to the graphene oxide dispersion for performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed liquid is transferred to a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, and then taken out for natural cooling, filter and drain to obtain the solid powder. USE - Method for preparing self-assembled lithium iron phosphate used for manufacturing lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheet for lithium iron phosphate battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the self-assembled lithium iron phosphate in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with higher electrical conductivity and is suitable for high-rate charge and discharge.
