The graphene film is a monolayer graphene film, where an optical transmittance rate of the carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid film is more than 95 percent. The carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid film is deposited. USE - Carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid film for a transparent electrode and a field effect transistor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film is provided, where multiple carbon nanotubes are deposited in the graphene film., and hence ensures improving the transparency and the surface resistance in an effective manner and manufactures a carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid film with a simple process.
