▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aqueous epoxy composite coating suitable for high-chlorine saturated carbon dioxide environment comprises (a) adding dispersant and anti-settling agent to aqueous -based epoxy emulsion, mixing them evenly, preparing compound emulsion, centrifuging the compound emulsion, taking clear liquid, (b) adding a few layers of graphene and surfactant to the clear solution, using ultrasound to disperse evenly to obtain a premixed solution, (c) adding the aqueous epoxy curing agent to the premix, mixing evenly to obtain a composite slurry and (d) evenly coating the composite slurry on the surface of the substrate and curing to obtain a graphene aqueous epoxy composite coating suitable for a high-chlorine saturated carbon dioxide environment. USE - The coating is useful as a corrosion-resistant coating suitable for high-chlorine saturated carbon dioxide environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has a protection efficiency on the substrate reaches 99.98% in a high chloride saturated carbon dioxide aqueous solution with 10% sodium chloride, when the amount of added few layers of graphene is 0.5% of the total mass of the composite slurry; improved corrosion resistance, waterproof performance and stability in high chlorine saturated carbon dioxide environment; is suitable for high-chlorine saturated carbon dioxide environment, which can be applied to high-chlorine saturated carbon dioxide aqueous solution environment as a pipeline protective layer in the production environment of oil and gas fields and provides reliable long-term corrosion protection for the base metal.
