▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxygen reduction catalyst based on nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel comprises graphene aerogel having gradient pore structure as main body. The aerogel contains nitrogen-containing functional group. The nitrogen-containing functional groups include pyrimidine nitrogen, pyrrole nitrogen, and graphite nitrogen. USE - Oxygen reduction catalyst based on nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel with pore structure contributes to the transport of reactants such as oxygen, hydrogen ions and water. The high-temperature ammonia treatment improves the conductivity and catalytic activity of catalyst. The catalyst has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the catalyst comprising preparing graphene oxide solution by Hummers method, and synthesizing graphene hydrogel by hydrothermal method; adding 20 wt.% ammonia water in graphene hydrogel at mass ratio of 1:2-1:4, and subliming water in hydrogel by freeze-drying to ensure porous skeleton of catalyst and form nitrogen blend hetero graphene aerogel; and heating in ammonia atmosphere at 600-800 degrees C.
