NOVELTY - Graphene-zinc powder anti-corrosive primer comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 5-12:1, where the A component comprises 100-140 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 90-110 pts. wt. graphene-zinc powder modified polyurethane, 20-30 pts. wt. high Flash (RTM: Computer multimedia application) point solvent, 8-13 pts. wt. sericite powder, 5-15 pts. wt. anti-flow hanging auxiliary agent and 1-10 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and the B component is an amine curing agent, where cashew nut shell oil-modified phenolic aldehyde amine and cashew shell oil modified polyamide. USE - Graphene zinc powder anti-corrosion primer for high Flash (RTM: Computer multimedia application) point steel structure useful in anticorrosive paint applications. ADVANTAGE - The primer has good flexibility, high corrosion resistance, salt-fog resistance, and excellent dispersibility of zinc powder and graphene in the coating, and improves bonding force of the coating and steel structure substrate.
