NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-doped composite electrode used for dye-sensitized solar cell, involves preparing titanium dioxide-array on glass substrate, preparing slurry using titanium dioxide-graphene composite nanoparticles by hydrothermal method, performing rotary evaporation to remove alcohol, printing obtained particle on obtained titanium dioxide-array provided on glass substrate by screen printing method, sintering to remove organic solvent, soaking in dye and drying. USE - Manufacture of graphene-doped composite electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene-doped composite electrode. The dye-sensitized solar cell provided using graphene-doped composite electrode has excellent durability.
