NOVELTY - Method for preparing crystal glyoxylic acid by micro-channel reactor ozone oxidation method, involves 1) taking maleic anhydride, adding mixed solvent, mixed solvent is methanol and formic acid, reacting to obtain reaction solution(1); (2) taking ozone composition, pressurizing, (3) inputting reaction solution 1 into first-stage micro-channel reactor, and introducing pressurizing ozone composition into first-stage micro-channel reactor; 4) inputting reaction solution (2)into secondary micro-channel reactor and introducing hydrogen into secondary micro-channel reactor according to flow speed, secondary micro-channel reactor is provided with graphene palladium-loaded palladium-nickel catalyst, dosage of catalyst is 1-10wt.% total mass of reaction solution 2, at 10-15 °C and 1.0-1.5MPa, carrying out catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction, reacting to obtain reaction solution 3; 5) rectifying the reaction solution removing solvent, obtaining glyoxylic acid hemiacetal. USE - Method for preparing crystal glyoxylic acid by micro-channel reactor ozone oxidation method. ADVANTAGE - The micro-channel reactor as the reaction container, realizes the continuous reaction, further improves the ozone concentration and pressure, improves safety of reaction, inhibits occurrence of side reaction, low cost, high product yield.
