NOVELTY - Phase-change thermally conductive silicone grease comprises silicone oil, aluminum oxide, two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride/graphene hetero structure material, phase change material and silane coupling agent. USE - Used as phase-change thermally conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The method improves thermal conductivity of the phase-change thermally conductive silicone grease, and improves application value. The phase-changed thermally conductive silicone grease meets heat dissipation requirements of electronic products with high thermal conductivity requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing phase-change thermally conductive silicone grease, comprising mixing the silicone oil and phase change material, aluminum oxide, two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride/graphene hetero structure material and silane coupling agent, stirring, heating to 100-120degrees Celsius, vacuuming, stirring, cooling, and obtaining phase-change thermally conductive silicone grease containing two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride graphene hetero structure material.
