▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a metal nickel sheet. Graphene growing process is performed on a metal nickel film. A middle portion of the metal nickel sheet is removed to obtain the metal nickel ring. The metal nickel ring is combined with a graphene film for producing a graphene diaphragm. The graphene diaphragm is formed as circle, square, rectangle, oval and race track shaped structures. USE - Graphene material microphone diaphragm preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving sensitivity of microphone with graphite diaphragm and frequency response and transient response sound characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a capacitance type microphone.
