NOVELTY - A base material is obtained by mixing the composite graphene-coated metal material with the composite modifier, and wetting the film to obtain the porous thermal conductive film material. The metal material in the composite graphene-coated metal material comprises one or more of aluminum, aluminum oxide, copper, zinc, silver, iron, and manganese. The composite modifier comprises one or more of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyurethane. The mass ratio of the composite graphene coated metal material and the composite modifier is 0.01-1:2-100. USE - Heat-exchange base material used for core carrier for rotating core for heat exchanger (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The base material has excellent heat exchanging efficiency, durability, and self-cleaning effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) rotor core carrier, which comprises the base material; (2) rotating core, which comprises the rotor core carrier, and coating layer comprising 10-30% moisture-absorbing desiccant chosen from moisture-absorbing desiccant comprising sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, lithium chloride, molecular sieve, silica gel, water-absorbing resin, and activated alumina, 0.1-1% organic dispersant comprising sodium lauryl sulfate, cellulose derivatives, polyacrylamide, and fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester, and solvents comprising water, and has diameter of 200-3500 mm, and thickness of 10-350 mm; (3) preparation of rotating core of heat exchanger, which involves mixing the moisture-absorbing desiccant, the organic dispersant and the solvent to obtain a coating agent, loading coating agent on the core carrier, and aerobic calcining mixture; and (4) heat exchanger, which comprises the rotating core.
