▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ceramic composite film comprises porous support layer, graphene oxide (GO) layer and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) layer arranged in sequence. USE - Ceramic composite film used for oil-water separation in petrochemical industry, mechanical processing industry, transportation industry and energy industry for oil, water, particle impurities, colloid and pollutants, where graphene oxide used in preparing ceramic composite film with polytetrafluoroethylene layer where graphene oxide is used for improving integrity of polytetrafluoroethylene layer; used for reducing friction coefficient fluctuation range of polyfluortetraethylene layer under friction effect (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic composite film has excellent wear resistance and permeation flux, and reduces friction coefficient fluctuation range of polyfluortetrafluoroethylene layer under friction effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of ceramic composite film for oil-water separation, which involves: (a) using suspension, which contains graphene oxide applied to porous support layer and then solution, which contains polytetrafluoroethylene applied to surface of graphene oxide layer formed; (b) drying, and calcining. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-layer preparation diagram. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
