▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of platinum-loaded nitrogen doped graphene, involves mixing oxidized graphene, platinum salt and solvent to form mixed solution, performing hydrothermal reaction to prepare oxidized graphene-platinum salt composite powder, mixing the oxidized graphene-platinum salt composite powder with amino compound, and ball milling to prepare amino-modified oxidized graphene-platinum salt composite powder, performing microwave irradiation to the amino-modified oxidized graphene-platinum salt composite powder to prepare a final product. USE - Preparation method of platinum-loaded nitrogen-doped graphene for use as fuel cell catalyst for membrane electrode of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and does not introduce impurities. The prepared carrier platinum nitrogen doped graphene has good oxygen reduction catalytic activity as a fuel cell catalyst. The presence of nitrogen atom improves the bonding force with the platinum nano particles, enhancing the adhesion of the platinum particles on the surface of the graphene, reducing the platinum nanometer particles falling in the catalytic process, improving the stability of the catalyst, and the particle diameter of the metal platinum nano-particle loaded by the method is small, and uniformly distributed on surface of graphene. The high energy effect of microwave irradiation reduces the platinum ion into metal nano particles. The removing of oxygen-containing functional group also reduces the oxidation to graphene so as to obtain the carrier platinum-nitrogen-doped graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an application of the platinum-loaded nitrogen doped graphene as fuel cell catalyst; (2) a membrane electrode; and (3) a proton exchange membrane fuel cell.
