▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Formation of composite material involves arranging a carbon-based particulate component in an activation solution, activating surfaces of the carbon-based particulate component while in the activation solution, and applying a metallic coating to the activated surfaces of the carbon-based particulate component. USE - Formation of composite material used for electrical and electromagnetic components, during additive manufacturing process. Uses include but are not limited to motor, electrical conductors for wiring board, inductor, sensor and power distribution system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables formation of composite material having excellent electrical properties such as high ampacity and high electrical conductivity, improved thermal conduction, and reduced voltage drop with respect to bulk copper or copper alloy conductors.
